The food will be six tapas style dishes…
- Beer Battered Coconut Prawns with a mustard chili sauce
- Lemon Artichoke Pesto Dip with Assorted Dippers
- Smoked Bacon, Fig and Goat Cheese Tartlets
- Beef Carpaccio in a parmesan tuille cup with horseradish crème fraiche and caramelized red onion relish
- Lemongrass Chicken Skewer with a sweet chili mango sauce
- Cambazola and Pear Pizza with caramelized onions and thyme
The cost is $30 per person and we’re limited to 30 people.
We will confirm the speaker for the evening as soon as it’s finalized but the intention is to honour Bro. Gordon Wright’s memory by having someone come in from The Canadian Legion to give a talk. We’ll also hopefully show some old ‘news reel footage’ of the D-Day naval operations.
